We are seeking a friendly and organised Admin / Payroll Assistant to support our Accounts Manager, General Administration and growing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with weekly payroll, including calculating timesheets and hours Follow up on outstanding accounts Entering supplier invoices into NetSuite Respond to payroll queries Generating tax invoices for clients Create and maintain payroll spreadsheets in Excel Tools and Software You’ll Use: MYOB Advanced / Acumatica – Training provided Oracle NetSuite - Training provided Microsoft Excel – Basic knowledge required Adobe Microsoft Word What We’re Looking For: Friendly and professional Detail-oriented and proactive Basic knowledge of accounting & payroll systems Ability to use spreadsheets / accounting software Ideal for those with a learning mindset—comprehensive on-the-job training provided Why Work With Us?
