We are recruiting for a dynamic and heavily client-focussed accounting Firm based in wonderful offices right in the heart of the CBD. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients and as such, now require a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join their fabulous team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client experiences and the efficient support for the Accountants and Partners from onboarding and document handling to compliance and communication. You are savvy, switched on, and understand the importance of this role, with some accounting/finance knowledge/experience. THE ROLE Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding administrative matters, delivering exceptional and professional service Follow up with clients to collect outstanding information, signed documents, or responses required for tasks Proactively manage expectations and timelines with clients Manage the onboarding process for new clients Ensure all client information is up to date in all platforms Maintain and safeguard client records Prepare and send documents for digital signing Format and finalise client-facing documents such as tax returns, reports, and correspondence Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring work is appropriately triaged Track and monitor due dates for lodgements (e.g. BAS, IAS, tax returns) Prepare and submit ATO and ASIC forms Maintain lodgement registers Plus more!
