About the Job About the role As the Administration Support Officer at Claisebrook Depot, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Transperth Train Operations. This position is responsible for delivering a high standard of administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Claisebrook Depot office. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, document archiving, and performing general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and emailing. You will assist the Depot Manager and Administration Officer with a range of administrative functions, support stock control and storage of supplies, and carry out information retrieval and other support tasks as required. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, proactive, and adaptable within a busy operational environment. About You! To excel in this role, you should possess: Sound knowledge of general administrative procedures and contemporary customer service practices. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Well-developed planning and organisational abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Proficient in using computers and general office equipment to support daily administrative functions.
