As a member of the Leadership Team, this position provides strategic and instructional leadership to the Primary Years Team in the planning, development, and implementation of high-quality programs to achieve optimal educational outcomes for all students. This is a dual role, comprising: 0.5 FTE as an Instructional Leader, supporting the implementation of the Learning Through Doing Mathematics program through coaching, collaborative planning, and instructional leadership. 0.5 FTE as an Inclusion Support Teacher, providing targeted support for students with additional needs and leading inclusive education practices across the school.
