About the role We are now looking for a Media Sales Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis until March 2026. In this role, you will play an integral part of our sales activities around the world for the Australian Open, the United Cup, the Laver Cup and other tournaments. In this role, you will: Assist with the creation of and contribute directly to the production of sales materials including presentations, deal memos, screening platforms and video assets Support digital brief responses and lead building media advertising delivery schedules with the Media Business Development Manager Manage client relationships across audio, out-of-home, in-flight, betting, and digital partners Support market discussions to secure new deals and renew existing agreements Handle archive, news, and footage sales enquiries, negotiations, delivery, and provide administrative support as required About you What you will bring to the role: A degree in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of the digital and broadcast media landscape, is highly regarded Passion for international sports broadcasting, digital media, and global events, with a strong interest in research, analysis, and strategic thinking Proven experience in administration, coordination, and relationship management, ideally within sales or media environments A good eye for design, with experience briefing or creating materials that support sales or pitching ideas You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check What’s to love?
