See more at our website - www.atsichsbrisbane.org.au Job Description About the role The Corporate Reception Administrator will serve as the primary contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role includes managing communications, greeting guests, and coordinating various administrative tasks to support the office. Duties Provide knowledgeable information about services and direct incoming calls/ queries to the appropriate departments. Manage correspondence and perform daily administrative tasks, including responding to Admin Reception emails and registering incoming/outgoing mail. Responsible for monitoring access to building, verifying the identity of visitors, contractors, ensuring all individuals are authorised. Provide administrative support to Corporate Services, SMT when required. Monitor and manage all room booking enquires and catering requests (internal and external). Manage drop off and pick up requests from Corporate Services teams as well as other teams in ATSICHS Brisbane and compile weekly run sheet. Manage feedback and complaints with care and respect with the aim to deescalate and resolve if possible. Build positive relationships with Corporate Services staff and teams to support delivery of services to the wider organisation. Focus on customer service excellence when engaging with visitors to head office, and when assisting ATSICHS staff outside of Corporate Services. Desired Skills and Experience COVID - 19 Requirements Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine is encouraged. Required Certificate III in Business Administration or proven work experience in a similar administrative role. Two or more years' experience in a reception/administrator/office assistant role. Effective interpersonal skills, including a high standard of customer service skills and professional phone manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst prioritising workload effectively demonstrating excellent organisational skills. Demonstrated ability using IT equipment, such as phones, computers, printers and be familiar with relevant software and programs i.e. Outlook, Microsoft Teams. Ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams and individuals. Additional Requirements Current National Police Check. Working with Children's Card (Blue Card). Requirement to travel across the Logan and/or Brisbane region. Current Drivers' Licence.
