Project Data Administrator — Adelaide, Adelaide Region

Position Purpose: The Project Data Administrator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of project-related data across internal systems. This role supports the broader project control and business development functions by ensuring that project setup, updates, and reporting are executed with precision and aligned to corporate standards. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain project records in systems including setup, updates, and close-out of projects Support the sales pipeline by tracking tenders, forecasting, and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure timely data entry Liaise with internal stakeholders to validate and reconcile project data, ensuring consistency across systems Assist in the development and implementation of data quality processes, checklists, and reporting templates Generate and distribute reports on project status, WIP, invoicing, and forecasting to support decision-making Coordinate with finance and systems teams to ensure alignment between project data and billing terms Provide administrative support for project documentation, scheduling, and compliance tracking Your background: Essential: Demonstrated experience in project administration, data entry, or business support roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management or ERP systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Desirable: Experience with data migration or system integration projects. Familiarity with project lifecycle processes and terminology. Exposure to engineering, consulting, or infrastructure environments.
