About the role You will be supporting UH-60M sourcing and contract activities, including preparing surveys, quotes, work statements, and RFQ packages; reviewing bids and proposals; and assisting with subcontract deliveries, changes, and related commercial tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Support management and coordination of the provision of services from primary Subcontractors for the UH-60M Program. Support and assist the Uh-60M Subcontract Lead as required. Development and sustainment of positive Supplier relationships in support of current and future supply chain requirements in line with relevant phases of the Program. Support monthly internal and external commercial performance reporting. Draft and develop commercial presentations and reports. Support the processing of head and subcontract Data Deliverables for internal reviews, commentary and approval or rejection. The include but are not limited to: Task Priced/Survey & Quote Services Pre-Authorised Ad Hoc Services orders Proposal analysis and evaluation Selecting/recommending subcontractors Proposals/tasking instructions Resulting subcontracts or tasking artefacts Undertake and support Subcontractor invoice/task management, including status reporting and invoicing transactions; including finance business activities. Support negotiation and coordination of the implementation of minor subcontracts including subsequent additions, deletions, or modifications. About you: To be successful in this role you will have experience in negotiation and resolution of issues to achieve a positive, commercially focused outcome. Along with an understanding and application of contracting and procurement principles, concepts, practices, and standards, you will have strong communication and influencing skills as well as a high attention to detail. A qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, including professional experience would be advantageous.
