The Opportunity NCC Early Learners is looking for full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join their teams in St George, Chinchilla, or Goondiwindi, QLD . This role reports directly to the Centre Director and is primarily responsible for delivering the Queensland Kindergarten Program while building strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering a play-based learning program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Documenting and assessing children’s learning outcomes Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Supporting children during mealtimes, free play, and daily routines Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Collaborating with the team to meet compliance and quality standards About You To qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent), as well as a current Blue Card/Working With Children Check . You will also ideally bring: Experience in play-based learning and curriculum documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Passion for early childhood development Willingness to work in regional or remote settings Motivation, resilience, and an adaptable mindset While not required, we also welcome applications from candidates holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education , particularly in these regional centres where diploma-qualified educators are also in high demand (please note hourly rates differ from those mentioned in this ad). About the Benefits Compensation based on skills and experience includes an above-award hourly rate of $42 – $55 , plus super, and a quarterly remote area allowance will be allocated according to the Queensland Kindergarten guidelines.
