About your team Fidelity Investments is a member of Fidelity International, an independent asset management group that offers a range of investment products and solutions to pension funds, institutional investors, and individual investors. About your role The Relationship Manager role works closely with the Stratgeic Sales & Solutions team. The primary responsibilities of this role includes (but is not limited to): Liaising with key research houses & coordinating research review process, including coordination of detailed data requirements. Attending and hosting some research review meetings. Work with the strategic sales team to service key consulting, private market, and key account clients, responding to client queries and information requests. Liaise with key platforms working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver relevant information to platform partners. Development of external client relationships over time, increasing Fidelity’s depth of client knowledge Presentation deck management, including liaising with internal stakeholders such Investment Directors, Marketing, Legal and Compliance Develop expertise across Fidelity’s internal systems, to deliver relevant data and analysis to assist the strategic sales team in the sales process. Assist in client follow-up material including delivery of support data and material, and competitor analysis. Working with offshore Investment Directors to ensure the sales team has timely and relevant information relating to key products. Assist in coordination of client events, conferences, and Fidelity investment team meetings and events. Assist in the management of Salesforce, including records of relevant contacts, meetings notes, opportunities, and retention.
