As a Sales Support Specialist you will provide assistance to the administration and sales team with the day-to-day account management and administrative support. Working as a part of the team to ensure we meet and exceed our sales and profitability targets for Specialist HVAC accounts in Victoria and Tasmania. This role will be based in our Mount Waverley office. The key responsibilities we would trust you with: You will respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email and online platforms, serving as first point of contact for new clients, providing professional responses to inquiries and building strong relationships. Provide the highest level of service to customers both internally and externally, assisting the sales team and/or customers to process, check and change orders whilst supporting daily sales management and tracking. Actively maintain regular and active contact with customers & new business prospects Prepare customer updates/ reports for both internal and external reporting. Assist where needed with the coordination of promotions and customer events. Actively participate & support industry forums, seminars, tradeshows & exhibitions, customer relationship building events as well as customer event as required The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most to the role: Formal qualification in business administration or similar (Preferred) Internal/external sales and customer service skills High level of competence in Microsoft Office suite: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook; Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
