Giants Concreting, based in Bexley, NSW, are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their team and play a key role in managing projects, contracts, and client relationships to ensure smooth and timely delivery. This is a full-time position for right applicant. Key Responsibilities • Develop, review, and negotiate contract variations, project scopes, and service agreements. • Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries, resolving issues related to projects and services. • Manage all project-related documentation and reporting requirements. • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, builders, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. • Provide timely advice and support to senior management and assist in decision implementation. • Monitor and report on contractor performance and site variations. • Collect and analyse project data, reporting on progress, budget, and outcomes. • Prepare formal submissions and activity reports as required. • Support with office coordination, including reviewing and arranging site or office accommodation as needed. Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or concreting industry. • AQF qualification of Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. • Concreting license (preferred). • Strong understanding of Australian construction legislation, codes, and compliance standards. • Demonstrated experience dealing with builders, construction companies, subcontractors, clients, and employees. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software is highly regarded.
