As the Operations Administrator based in Brisbane , you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial & Industrial electricity customers throughout their lifecycle. You'll work autonomously on various tasks and tight deadlines, ensuring high customer satisfaction, which is key to our brand's growth and equity. Reporting to the Team Leader C&I Operations, you'll collaborate closely with all departments within customer operations and the broader company to deliver high-quality results, especially during peak periods and increased transactional volumes. With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include: Efficiently manage a high volume of daily administrative tasks and queries, showcasing your organizational skills. Take charge of billing and claims for Electricity Rebate customers, ensuring compliance with Government requirements. Respond to enquiries and complaints via phone and email, demonstrating your excellent communication skills. Provide valuable guidance to customers, business units, and project teams, highlighting your expertise. Resolve service order, transfer management, and billing exceptions within service levels, ensuring smooth operations. Manage special projects assigned by our leadership team, driving impactful results and contributing to our strategic goals. Ability to work both within a team and independently. Quickly learn and adapt to industry CRM and billing platforms. Capacity to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders confidently. Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite.
