Sales Director – UK United Kingdom ️ Covering EMEA Region Permanent | Full-Time Be the first boots on the ground in EMEA for a high-growth global demand generation partner. Our client is an established demand generation business with roots in APAC and a global client base that includes some of the world’s biggest names in tech. Known for delivering real pipeline impact—not vanity metrics—they're now bringing their model to the UK and EMEA. That’s where this role comes in. As their first sales hire in the region, the Sales Director will have the rare opportunity to help launch and lead a new market from the ground up—backed by proven success, strong tech, and a steady stream of warm leads. This is more than just closing deals. It's about shaping the growth of an entire region. Key Responsibilities Own and execute a clear sales plan to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Convert a steady stream of warm introductions while building new pipeline from scratch. Sell a mix of digital and tele-based demand generation solutions tailored to client needs. Present a differentiated proposition with confidence to senior marketing decision-makers. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success. Forecast, report, and build repeatable sales processes as the EMEA region scales. Represent the brand in-market, helping to shape its reputation across the region. Candidate Profile 3 years of B2B sales experience in marketing, media, or demand generation. A strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets. Experience selling to senior marketers—ideally with an existing network in place. Comfortable with a consultative, high-velocity sales cycle. Bonus: experience with telemarketing/tele-qualification sales. Self-starter mindset—comfortable building from the ground up, solving problems, and moving fast. Excellent communicator with real presence and polish. Long-term thinker—focused on outcomes, not just activity.
