Regional Sales Manager — South Melbourne, Port Phillip

5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise IT. Proven track record of hunting and closing new logos in complex sales environments. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, threats, and decision-making personas. Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals ($50K ARR). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline generation. Ability to travel as required (if applicable). We are looking for a Hunter-minded Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business across. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new logos—targeting CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teams. This is a pure hunting role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-impact environment and has a deep understanding of the cybersecurity sales cycle. Responsibilities: Identify and develop net-new business opportunities in target verticals and geographies. Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using outbound and inbound strategies. Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Sell to multiple stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, and extended security team . Maintain expert knowledge of our cybersecurity solutions and articulate the value proposition. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to support deal progression. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Log activity and forecasts accurately in CRM
