About the Role: Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role while also enjoying being part of a close-knit team. Flexibility is key. This role will report directly to the Hire Team Manager - East, who is based in our Canning Vale office in Perth. Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing calls professionally Updating and maintaining customer accounts Uploading images and documents to customer accounts Verifying returned assets Handling customer enquiries professionally Coordinating hire equipment delivery and returns Updating spreadsheets to track equipment locations Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administration role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work well in a small, dynamic team Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks A professional, friendly phone manner High attention to detail, particularly with data entry Why Brooks Hire?
