Collaborate with senior management to align sales targets with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Oversee product presentation, inventory levels, and coordination with suppliers. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the retail or related industry.
