Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Principal Project Officer – Instructional Design for a 6-month contract based in Brisbane CBD. In this role, you will coordinate the design and delivery of leadership and management capability development programs and initiatives. You will play a key part in developing blended learning solutions and work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business. Rate: $85.31 per hour Super Location: Brisbane CBD Contract Length: 6 months Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate leadership and management development programs and blended learning initiatives Consult with internal and external partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) Manage, analyse, and evaluate project activities to ensure alignment with corporate goals Maintain and update program and project documentation and reporting Prerequisites and Desirables: Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary approaches to learning and development Experience in stakeholder engagement and SME consultation Proven ability to co-design and deliver blended learning using instructional design models such as ADDIE Experience designing and reviewing eLearning capability programs Proficiency in software and tools including Adobe Creative Cloud Ability to collaborate effectively within a project team environment This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful learning initiatives that help shape leadership capability across a large and complex organisation.
