Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems and components, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations. This role is eligible for Visa sponsorship under the Employer Nominated Scheme (ENS) Subclass 186. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and test electronic systems and components, ensuring compliance with Australian standards (AS/NZS) and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain circuit designs, schematics, and PCB layouts using industry-standard software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle). • Conduct thorough testing and validation of electronic systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and production teams, to deliver integrated solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in electronic systems, providing timely support to manufacturing and field service teams. • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals. • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines and environmental standards. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the Australian market. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics design, development, and testing, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting. • Proficiency in using industry-standard design and simulation software (e.g., Altium Designer, LTspice, MATLAB). • Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards (AS/NZS) and regulatory requirements. • Proven experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and microcontroller programming. • Experience with embedded systems, analog and digital electronics, and power electronics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Eligibility for Australian Visa sponsorship under ENS Subclass 186. Preferred Skills: • Experience in designing electronics for industrial automation, renewable energy, or IoT applications. • Familiarity with international safety and compliance standards (e.g., IEC, ISO). • Understanding of EMC/EMI design considerations and testing. • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Python) for embedded systems. Workplace Requirements: • Ability to work on-site in Dandenong South, Melbourne, Australia. • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required. • Compliance with company’s workplace health and safety (WHS) policies.
