Castle Hill Fitness & Aquatic Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant & Customer Service Representative . Key Responsibilities Confidently use computer systems for bookings, emails, data entry, and stock ordering Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility Answer phone calls, manage member inquiries, and support team operations Assist with facility bookings, membership queries, and general customer support Promote our programs, services, and special offers to members and visitors Maintain a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all patrons Learn and adapt to new systems and procedures with a proactive mindset What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, reliable, and organized approach to work Passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer By joining the CHRG team, you will have access to our Employee Benefits Program, Connect.
