Commercial Support & Customer Service Coordinator — The Rocks, Sydney

Andrews Meat Industries is a leading food service meat supplier comprising three key divisions: foodservice, value added (cooked) and export. Across these divisions, the company supplies to all areas of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs, and resort groups, as well as servicing a number of other market segments, including health and aged care, education, aviation, and sporting venues. About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Andrews Meat Industries is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Lidcombe. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Commercial Food Service division. You’ll work across departments to ensure smooth customer fulfilment, Sales Support, accurate order processing, and excellent service at every point of contact. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders and provide timely product information Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution with professionalism and empathy Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, QA, transport, production) to ensure order fulfilment Manage invoices, credits, and back orders Maintain and update databases, internal systems, and third-party platforms (e.g. HACCP, Food Authority) Support sales reps and contribute to pricing, quoting, and reporting activities Assist with customer account setups, credit investigations, and compliance documentation Help drive continuous improvements in customer service processes and team training Generate and distribute sales and operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Maintain system accuracy and product code information in platforms such as SAGE, Fresho, SP Net, Lumachain, and Microsoft Office What You'll Bring Previous experience in a customer service or support role Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Self-starter with leadership potential and a proactive mindset Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Familiarity with ERP systems and third-party customer portals Strong systems and computer literacy Experience supporting cross-functional teams Experience in the food service or FMCG is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive salary package Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Work with a respected Australian-owned company backed by JBS global resources Interested?
