Contracts Administrator — Gold Coast Region, Queensland

The Role I am partnering with a home building business that specialises in investor builds across South-East Queensland. This role will have you conducting the end to end contracts process for clients, assisting the BDM's with administration tasks, liaising with developers for land release and registrations and being the go to person to ensure all contractual obligations are adhered to. This role has plenty of versatility and would suit someone who likes working in a fast paced environment. About You Min. 3 years Contracts Administration experience with an investment home builder Strong understanding of the build process up until contract signed Ability to provide accurate and timely support to Business Development Manager's Experience with Onsite Companion highly beneficial.
