As a Customer Service Sales Representative , you’ll connect with customers, match them with the right solutions, and drive our mission to make EV charging easy and accessible for everyone. Your role Ready to spark change in the EV industry? As a Customer Service Sales Representative at EVSE, you’ll be on the frontlines of our growth—connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with smart EV charging solutions. Whether it’s inbound inquiries or proactive outreach, you’ll guide customers through the sales journey, upsell value-packed products, and hit (or smash!) your monthly targets. If you’re a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning conversations into conversions, we want to hear from you. Furthermore your day to day will include; Handle 40–60 inbound sales calls daily, guiding customers through their EV journey Educate customers on EVSE chargers, accessories, and installation options Become a trusted product expert and confidently inspire purchase decisions Convert leads into opportunities and consistently meet/exceed sales targets Hit individual and team KPIs—calls, follow-ups, revenue, and conversions Keep your sales pipeline fresh and moving in a fast-paced environment Deliver tailored solutions through exceptional customer service Represent EVSE with energy and professionalism—be a brand ambassador Collaborate with your team on outreach strategies and lead targeting Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences Qualify leads, flag cold prospects, and support follow-up efforts Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and opportunities Share wins, insights, and support to help the whole team succeed Build targeted project lists to boost conversion and reduce lost leads Follow safety protocols and contribute to EVSE’s culture of continuous improvement
