Your Day-to-Day Support end-to-end matters across Corporate & Mergers | Acquisitions Draft legal documents, manage key dates, and liaise with Counsel, courts, and clients Conduct document reviews and DSARs Collaborate with Senior fee earners on large-scale, high-value work Handle legal research, contract reviews, filings, and post-completion tasks Your Expertise A completed Undergraduate Law degree is essential for success in this role A PLT (completed or started) is preferred Experience Corporate | M&A law (ideally within a Paralegal position or similar) Strong research, drafting and process management skill Confident using legal tech (RelativityOne, Kira, or similar platforms) and quick to learn new software High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative team Why This Role?
