Monadelphous is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Work Pack/Project Engineer for a major Oil and Gas construction project. This position is Perth-based with the potential to become a site-based position at a later date. The project duration is for 12 months with plenty of opportunity for ongoing work across other projects thereafter. Key Responsibilities: Workpack development and aiding with planning, scheduling and executing the scope of work including organising project resources, equipment and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements. Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work. Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance. Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirements. * Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders. What you’ll bring: Previous experience working in a E&I Engineering capacity, developing project/construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones within the oil and gas industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated problem solving ability. Clear technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management. Tertiary Qualification in Engineering. Proof of right to work in Australia.
