Full Time Hours | $41.50ph Super | Central Gippsland Your new company Hays Recruitment are looking for two experienced Customer Service Officers to join our client's team in Maffra immediately for a short-term casual assignment until 31/07/25, with the possibility of an extension. Our client is a well-established organisation that plays a key role in Southern Victorias agricultural sector, supporting farmers in producing high-quality, fresh, and locally sourced produce. You will be responsible for the following Answer telephone switchboard calls and enquiries and re-direct where appropriate Take accurate messages and forward to appropriate staff member Actions from phone enquiries, not limited to posting or emailing information and directing customers to our website First point of contact for our Online Chat website function Front of office Reception Processing receipting and daily banking What youll need to succeed Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues Proficiency in computer systems, including an intermediate to advanced understanding of the Microsoft Suite Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and collaboratively A proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new challenges What youll get in return Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where you'll have the chance to grow and develop in this exciting role.
