In this role, you will work alongside other Legal Assistants to provide administrative support to the Property & Projects and Private Clients teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their legal career and be part of a friendly, high-performing team. You will be responsible for: file maintenance, including regular closing, archiving and keeping files tidy and organised in accordance with the firms policies; creating new clients and new matters; conducting conflict of interest checks; organising retrieval of documents (physical and electronic); organising safe custody documents to be sent offsite; printing, scanning and photocopying of documents; provide support to legal assistants with client billing; attending client signing meetings when required; and data entry.
