Mode: Part Time / Ongoing (0.8 FTE) Salary: $61,677.00 p.a. Plus Superannuation Location: Frankston Chisholm is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer for our Allied Health business area. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Administrative Officer your key responsibilities include: Assist in the preparation of a range of regular and adhoc reports, documentation, papers and submissions to ensure timely dissemination of information Organise and maintain the customer schedule for enrolment, delivery, and events for the business area Provide assistance with delivery logistics including facility and room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination to ensure a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders Undertake other administrative and related duties as required to ensure best quality of support and the effective functioning of the business area Assist in maintaining a centralised electronic and manual filing system for records to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in providing high level customer focused administration within a complex educational environment. Qualifications and skills required for the role: Relevant qualifications at a minimum of Certificate level in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role Extensive experience in providing high level customer focused administration within a complex educational environment Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively to meet competing priorities Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ABOUT US Chisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne’s southeast and online.
