Contract Administrator — Laverton North, Wyndham Area

Position: Contract Administrator Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $90,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Laverton North VIC 3026 Company: OnDeck Resources Pty Ltd Our client OnDeck Resources Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team located in Laverton North, Victoria. As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts related to drivers, supervisors, and other personnel in the logistics and distribution sector. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that contracts are clear, legally compliant, and reflect the operational needs of the company. This role also includes liaising with clients, suppliers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met effectively. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare, interpret, and maintain contracts for drivers, supervisors, and other personnel, ensuring clarity in terms and compliance with legal standards. Communicate with clients and suppliers such as National Distribution Services to discuss contract terms, clear any doubts, and make sure everyone agrees before finalizing the contracts. Prepare, change, or update contracts when needed, especially if there are new services, price changes, or work conditions. Keep organized records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence, utilizing Ondeck’s contract management system for efficient retrieval and tracking. Collaborate with project managers and internal teams including logistics supervisors, to ensure all work and deliveries schedules are performed in accordance with contractual requirements. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on contract-related matters, highlighting areas requiring attention or improvement. Check and monitor the work done by contractors and drivers to make sure they follow the agreed contract terms. Gather data related to project activities, deliveries, and services, and prepare concise reports outlining progress and performance. Engage with clients to address any issues or necessary changes in work orders, ensuring all adjustments are properly agreed upon. Coordinate the arrangement of office space and supplies as required, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to operate efficiently. Requirements: An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma qualification Minimum two (2) years of proven experience in contract administration Experience within logistics, distribution, or supply chain industries Attention to detail with strong organisational abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
