The Department of Parliamentary Services is inviting applications for a PSL 1, Customer Service Retail Assistant to work in the Parliament Shop. This is an ongoing, part-time sessional position. We are seeking someone who is available to work across a 7-day roster, as APH is open to visitors 364 days a year. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for and experience in customer service, can communicate with confidence and displays engaging interpersonal skills.
