EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for the appointment of a Customer Service Officer to join the Galvanising team at Korvest Ltd. Your new role: Reporting to the Customer Service and Operations Team Leader, the Galvanising Customer Service Officer will work within a supportive team and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal customers, process customer purchase orders by creating factory work orders, facilitating quotations and attending to other sales related activities. This role is responsible for: Delivering high quality customer service including through phone calls, emails, and in person Timely preparation and sending of customer quotes Creating work orders, invoicing, archiving, creating purchase orders and other general administrative duties Accurate and efficient data entry and completion of administrative tasks Other tasks required to support the galvanising sales department as requested by management You will bring: Effective communication and presentation skills Previous experience in a customer service role (advantageous) Previous experience dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous) Passionate about customer service Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office High regard for safety and compliance of all OHSE policies and procedures Attention to detail and problem-solving skills At Korvest, you will enjoy: Annual KPI incentive program Eligibility for company share bonus after 2 years of service Social programs including quarterly site-wide events Collaborative and supportive work environment that values innovation and continuous improvement Employee referral program Charity and community support programs Professional and personal career development Access to our employee assistance program The successful applicant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven, customer-focused, and have an aptitude to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
