The Opportunity We’re seeking a commercially minded and strategic Tender Manager to lead our tendering function and drive the development of high-quality, competitive bids. In this leadership role, you’ll manage a dedicated team, collaborate closely with Business Development and Operations, and ensure our submissions meet customer needs while aligning with Interflow’s commercial objectives. Reporting to the BDM Manager, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping project outcomes and contributing to our continued success. You will bring: Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline Demonstrated experience managing complex tenders in construction, utilities, or infrastructure Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development Proven ability to deliver accurate costings and commercially sound pricing strategies High-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration capabilities Sound understanding of risk management and bid governance processes A continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to process compliance and delivery excellence Our Team At Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
