About the Role: ProQuest Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Storeperson to join our team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming pharmaceutical products and materials in compliance with industry regulations and company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Receive and unload incoming shipments using an RF scanner, verifying product quantities and quality against delivery documents (packing slips, invoices, purchase orders). Check for damage, discrepancies, or expired items and report any issues promptly. Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and temperature control requirements. Label and record all received stock accurately into the inventory management system (WMS/ERP). Coordinate with procurement and quality control teams regarding any stock inconsistencies. Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in a safe and efficient manner. Comply with all safety, hygiene, and regulatory procedures Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical, or regulated industry. Ability to interpret delivery documents and follow inventory procedures. Forklift license (LF/LO) preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer literacy Physically fit and able to lift/move stock safely.
