Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls and communicating with clients, suppliers, and site crews Creating and processing purchase orders and supplier invoices using MYOB Drafting and issuing client invoices Maintaining and updating job binders, SWMS, inductions, and tender documents Coordinating inventory orders and overseeing materials tracking Using Excel for data entry, project tracking, and internal reports Organising and improving office systems, including database clean-up and streamlining Supporting marketing and social media content Reporting directly to the Director, and working closely with the Assistant ABOUT YOU You’re someone who brings structure to chaos, keeps people on track, and gets the job done.
