How you will contribute We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team full time basis. Based at out facility in Girraween NSW, this role combines strategic sales execution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and accurate sales reporting. As an integral part of our ANZ Sales team, you will be responsible for but not limited to: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the ANZ region to drive sales growth and customer retention. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with strategic objectives. - Prepare and deliver professional quotes, proposals, and tenders, aligning with client needs and company goals. - Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure clients are informed and expectations are managed. - Analyse sales performance and customer trends, providing insights to support strategic planning. - Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases accurately and efficiently. - Support marketing campaigns and client communications, including price change notifications and promotional material. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety systems, actively contributing to a positive workplace culture. About you - Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with high attention to detail. - Able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
