Connecting Families is seeking strong, trauma-informed male and female Disability Support Workers to provide high-level care for a client with extremely complex behavior and psychological needs. This role requires workers who can remain calm under pressure, respond to challenging behaviors with care and control, and provide structured, consistent support. We are seeking resilient, mental health workers with proven experience supporting complex children and youth, especially those with extreme behavioral challenges including drug and alcohol addiction.
