The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for Part Time Beauty Advisor for our Karrinyup store where you'll be working approximately 55 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster: Week 1: Tue 11-4, Wed 8:45-5:45, Thu 8:45-1, Sat 11-5:15, Sun 8:45-5:45 Week 2: Mon 8:45-5:45, Thu 1-9, Fri 11-4 Your role in a nutshell To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Key duties: The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good. Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies. Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. What we look for Previous retail experience is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager. A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry Confident in reaching store targets and sales An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member. The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
