We are seeking a passionate Sales Coordinator to join our growing McNab Developments Team. About the role As the Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting the residential sales process from initial enquiry to contract finalisation. This is a fast paced role that will grow overtime, providing the right candidate with career progression. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and updating the CRM system and ensuring accurate database management. Coordinating sales documentation, including contracts, deposits, and settlements, in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Managing project listings across key real estate platforms such as REA and Domain. Preparing and regularly updating stock lists, pricing schedules, and availability reports. Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from sales agents and prospective buyers. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for display suite viewings and events. Compiling and distributing weekly sales reports and performance dashboards. Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, including EDMs, printed materials, and on-site signage. Assisting in the coordination of project launch events and agent presentations. Tracking agent referrals and processing associated commissions in a timely manner. Facilitating the onboarding process for channel agents, including due diligence, agreements, and the distribution of sales collateral. Undertaking comprehensive market research & analysis and reporting on sales trends Monitoring lead conversion performance and ensuring timely follow-up activity. Providing general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed. Ensuring the presentation and upkeep of the display suite, including signage, collateral, and cleanliness. Uploading and maintaining contract documentation within internal document management systems. Liaising with the finance team to track and report on payments and settlement statuses. About you We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the property industry and enjoys playing a key role in bringing residential projects to life. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ideally, you will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (or be currently studying towards one). Previous experience in a similar role, supporting residential or mixed-use developments throughout the full project lifecycle. A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with a personable, professional, and solutions-focused style. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a high level of initiative. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
