Job Description Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team across Victoria, instilling a commercial mindset and growth-oriented culture. Managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the foodservice sector. Driving revenue by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and unlocking new business across a broad product portfolio. Partnering closely with the executive team to shape and execute the company's sales strategy. Supporting your team's development through field coaching, regular feedback, and clear goal setting. Delivering insights around sales pipeline, account profitability, and performance trends to enable smarter decision-making. The Successful Applicant Proven success in leading sales teams, ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality channels (HORECA).
