Disability Support Workers - Southern suburbs — Hyde Park, Unley Area

About you Are you person-centred, passionate and committed to supporting people living their best lives? We are looking for experienced support workers to join the rosters of several clients living in the inner southern suburbs. The hours are flexible and available across 7 days a week, mornings and afternoons with regular ongoing shifts for committed workers. Above Award wages apply. You will be responsible for providing quality, individualised and flexible support services to assist our clients to live independently. Do you consider yourself a team player, a skilled worker and an exceptional Support Worker that concentrates on placing the client front and centre of all aspects of their support? Your role will include : Supporting clients with personal care - hygiene, transfers, continence, grooming, etc. Assisting clients in skill development - cooking, shopping, domestic assistance etc Supporting clients to access the community - transport to and from appointments or shopping Encouraging and assisting clients in social and community participation/engagement You will be responsible for providing quality, individualised and flexible support services to assist our clients to live independently.
