The Opportunity Cleanaway Morningside is a container deposit scheme (CDS) return facility and refund point for Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Also, it provides logistics and processing services from the site. As an Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in the Branch administration, maintaining accurate records and supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Your ability to manage data, coordinate tasks, and work collaboratively will be essential to success. The role is site-based, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility around start and finish times. Guided by our Values , your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to the day-to-day branch functions. Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders. Assist with high volumes of data entry across most functions of your day. Review daily and weekly contractor timesheets to ensure accuracy and input them into the system. Answer and action any inbound calls. Maintain compliance with confidentiality and data integrity standards. About You Prior experience in an administrative or support role. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in a high-volume environment. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work within a team structure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new technology. Why join Cleanaway?
