Administration Officer- Jewish Care Carnegie Reporting to the Residence Manager Develop your administration and interpersonal skills Not for profit salary packaging About the position Jewish Care Victoria is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Residential Aged Care team on a fixed term full time basis. This role is responsible for maintaining staff rosters, payroll management, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless operations within our aged care facility. You will be a great fit if you have: Experience managing all aspects of staff rostering, including maintaining the daily master roster, preparing and publishing rosters in line with operational requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely data management for payroll processing through designated systems. Manage and maintain administrative records of each client. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and families, managing admissions processes, waiting lists, and tour bookings, addressing queries and requests. Maintain adequate stationery and domestic supplies, ensuring a functional and efficient environment with basic equipment maintenance within the home. Coordinate responses from contractors, property maintenance, and support meetings through room and equipment organisation. Undertake general administrative tasks To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in an administrative or aged care environment is highly desirable.
