FRNG Tattoo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager (ANZSCO: 142111) to lead our Tattoo studio in Brisbane. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, fluency in Spanish to serve our diverse clientele and assist you in managing south American tattoo artists in our studio. You will drive operational excellence while building strong relationships with Spanish-speaking customers to enhance sales and brand loyalty. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone passionate about retail and team development. Key Responsibilities: ·Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: oclient reception, oselling via telephone calls, online social media messaging platforms, face to face for walk ins oadvising customers on after care of tattoos obookings in POS and managing of the same to accommodate tattoo artists style and experience, oprice setting of tattoo pieces ·Ensure a high standard of customer experience and resolve issues promptly. ·Promoting and advertising the studio's services and merchandise. ·Bilingual Customer Service: Assist Spanish-speaking clients and inhouse tattoo artists, resolve inquiries, and ensure an inclusive shopping experience. ·Sales & Targets: Achieve sales KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement strategies to boost revenue. ·Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, including rostering and performance reviews. Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff. ·Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and report on financial performance. ·Inventory & Compliance: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention, adhering to workplace health & safety (WHS) standards. Qualifications required: Ideally you will hold a related bachelor’s degree or higher qualification and at least two years’ experience in a tattoo studio, and not less than 4 years’ experience in the retail industry. Skills & Experience Required: • 4 years’ experience in retail management. • 2 years’ experience in a tattoo studio. • Fluent in English & Spanish (mandatory for client communications and sales targets). • Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award (preferred). • Supportive, inclusive workplace culture.
