Mechanical Engineer • Ensure that contract operations are run in accordance with company policies, procedures and goals and that the highest standard of professionalism and integrity is maintained • Preparation of monthly claims and supporting documentation • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly development and production statistics • Maintenance of records with respect to personnel, equipment maintenance records and availability and other information as required • Maintenance of contract correspondence files • Key Performance Indicator targets as set by the Alliance Management Team (if applicable) are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis. • Attend Client/Management Team meetings and preparation of contractual documents, operational performance and cost data for the Client/Management Team. • Ensure that daily reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner for submission to the client and Management. Ensure accuracy of those reports. • Prepare weekly reports for the project, updating progress to date on a weekly and project basis making comparison of actual performance against scheduled and or forecast performance. Maintain progress charts or tables to clearly communicate to all personnel the current status of the project performance. • Prepare monthly reports for submission to Corporate Office and Project Management.
