ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Working with a long standing developer they have secured the commercial work for two of their new estates in south and west Brisbane. They will be building the town centre that includes retail and commercial space, a day care and other surrounding amenities. Your role will be to manage the client and project stakeholders, including multidisciplinary consultant teams while having a collaborative approach with your project teams to ensure the success of the two projects. Another important goal of the role is to also build on the existing relationships with the client, subcontractors and consultants. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL They are looking for a DM who is experienced enough to deliver on the technical requirements that also has the leadership capability to to bring together the project team, client and consultants.
