Site Administrator — Perth CBD, Perth

The Site Support Officer is responsible for providing office support, including accounts support, mobilisation, payroll assistance, flight and accommodation bookings. Job tasks and responsibilities The responsibilities include but are not limited to; Data entry and processing; Flight and accommodation bookings using INX InFlight; Invoice batching, processing of requisitions and purchase orders; Formatting of reports; Maintaining site work rosters; Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems; Ensure all site access requirements are adhered to, and the maintenance of relevant records. Ensure employee records are maintained to comply with legislative requirements. Keep accurate daily contractor records. Maintaining various site registers and distribution of reports; Maintaining local office facilities, services and supplies. Compiling and reporting daily breathalyser reports Assisting with Payroll data capture and reporting Assist with Shutdown mobilisations Requirements Proven experience in a remote administrative support role; Working knowledge of Pronto, INX and the Microsoft Office Suite; if this is not addressed your application will not be considered Works co-operatively with peers and management; Possesses a solid work ethic and strong desire to do things safely and efficiently; Displays professionalism and confidentiality at all times; Commitment to safety in the workplace Enthusiastically attacks problems and assumes ownership of issues and solutions; and Is self-directed and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative to do more than is expected or required in the position.
