We’re developing a hybrid Creative Services team and are looking for a passionately talented & versatile Senior Designer in helping us achieve our purpose of becoming Australia’s entertainment destination of choice. About the role: We’re on the hunt for our lead in-house Designer who can champion the creation, management and end-to-end delivery of impactful creative campaigns, and bring a campaign idea to life visually! As Senior Designer, you’ll take creative ownership from concept to production—collaborating across commercial, PR, and content teams to push ideas forward and keep executions sharp. This role blends hands-on design with strategic thinking. You’ll work in Adobe Creative Cloud, experiment with AI-powered tools, and stay tuned into cultural and digital trends to ensure everything you create feels fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve. Not just someone who makes things look slick, but someone who knows how to take a campaign idea, crack it open and figure out exactly how it should look, feel and hit. The right candidate will bring excitement to life for our customers and create iconic campaigns that become the talk of the town. What you’ll be doing: Developing campaign ideas from sketch to screen ensuring alignment with brand strategy and visual identity. Turning scripts, strategies and loose thoughts into cohesive visual worlds. Creating work that feels bold, funny, culturally & demographically sharp, accessible and value driven - something that resonates with our target audience, in adherence with our highly regulated industry. Managing relationships with external creative partners including, photographers, animators, copy writers, printers, and design agencies as required Developing or refining brand guidelines as required and relevant. Working fast when needed, without sacrificing taste. Supervising and mentoring the Graphic Designer, as needed. What we’re after: Strong creative skills backed by an impressive folio of integrated campaigns showcasing exceptional skills in digital, graphic, motion and print design - especially in hospitality, sport, entertainment or gaming (agency or in-house). Killer taste in concept, design, layout, references, film, visual storytelling An eye & passion for lifestyle & food photography with editing and retouching skills. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Excellent skills in the production of animated GIFs and banners using Adobe After Effects to create engaging digital experience. Ability to work across multiple projects against tight deadlines, within a fast-paced marketing team. Experience being part of pitches, client meetings & briefings and presenting concepts to the senior leadership team. About you: You love of sport, food, travel and Aussie culture. You’re pro-active and have a ‘can-do’ attitude, coupled with approachability and a collaborative team spirit. You can think ‘big picture’, be innovative, and actively contribute to team brainstorming and ideation sessions. You have exceptional ability and charm to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the business. You have proven organisational skills with emphasis on attention to detail. You demonstrate ability to work well under the pressure of tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have strong communication skills, with demonstrated experience building and managing constructive working relationships across teams and with stakeholders.
