About the Role Are you a team player with a forklift licence and a passion for warehouse operations? We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our friendly and collaborative logistics team based in Derrimut, VIC . Why You'll Love Working with Us Full-time, permanent opportunity (Day Shift: 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday) Supportive team culture with strong safety focus On going training and development opportunities Work with one of Australia's leading building products companies What You'll Be Doing Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment What You'll Bring to succeed Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) – Essential Previous experience in warehouse operations (ideally in building products or logistics) Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard Basic computer skills – foundational level preferred (in preparation for future WMS implementation) Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy White Card (or willing to obtain) Why CSR?
