The Roles There is an exciting opportunity for a Group Legal Counsel to join the in-house team on a permanent basis. The Group Legal Counsel is responsible for contributing to the groups strategy and vision through the provision of expert legal advice ensuring the ongoing protection of the groups interests. The Group Legal Counsel provides a full suite of legal services to the group including but not limited to the following: contract preparation and negotiations, tendering, leases and licences, contract and workplace law, dispute resolution, commercial transactions including acquisitions, brand and intellectual property rights, and privacy matters.
