Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Day Shift Only Join a Leader in Australian Manufacturing As one of Australia’s most respected names in the building and interiors industry, we are seeking a qualified and safety-focused Maintenance Electrician to join our Ballarat team on day shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, high-performing facility with a supportive team and a strong safety culture. About the Role You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the electrical systems that support the 24/7 manufacturing operations. You’ll work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off roster, always paired with another day shift electrician. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical breakdowns (80% of reactive issues are electrical) Work with PLCs, automated sensors, motors, pumps, and telemetry systems Participate in continuous improvement (CI) projects Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve faults What We’re Looking For A Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory) Strong fault-finding skills and willingness to learn PLCs (Allen Bradley), SCADA (Citect), and VSDs A team player with a proactive, safety-first mindset Why Join Us?
